At Bella’s, dining feels both refined and relaxed - a reflection of Camps Bay Retreat itself. Days move easily from unhurried breakfasts to long, sunlit lunches and evenings lit by candle and conversation.
Our menus follow the rhythm of the seasons, guided by local produce and fresh ingredients from the estate. Every plate is thoughtful, balanced and honest - food that’s rooted in place and served with care. Whether you’re here for a quiet morning, a leisurely afternoon or a flavourful evening, Bella’s makes each meal feel like it belongs exactly where you are.

Breakfast at Bella’s is unhurried, a quiet rhythm before the day begins. The scent of coffee drifts through the air, firelight warms cooler mornings and in summer the patio opens to birdsong, garden greens and the sweep of mountain and sea.
A generous buffet of seasonal fruit, fresh pastries and artisanal breads is paired with a menu of hot dishes prepared to order. Reserved exclusively for our in-house guests, breakfast here is a daily ritual of care and calm, often called the best in Camps Bay.

Meals at Bella’s are about balance - fresh flavours in the middle of the day and dishes with depth as the evening unfolds. The garden and ocean views create a backdrop that shifts with the light, turning a simple table into something memorable.
The menu moves easily between crisp salads, handmade breads, bowls with bold flavour and mains that speak to the season. It’s dining that feels relaxed but polished, reserved mainly for our in-house guests, with limited tables available to outside diners. Open daily for lunch and dinner - bookings are essential.

Cocktails
Cocktails at Bella’s carry the easy rhythm of Camps Bay evenings. As the sun sinks into the Atlantic, the sky shifts through gold, pink and mauve, framed by the Twelve Apostles and ocean views. Each drink is mixed with care, a companion to the sunsets the bay is famous for.
For our in-house guests, it’s always a highlight - a moment to pause, sip and take in the beauty of the setting.
