Manor House

Within the original Earl’s Dyke Manor, each room reflects its own character and layout. Some open onto balconies overlooking the ocean or mountains, others offer generous lounge spaces or marble bathrooms with freestanding baths. Distinct in design yet united by heritage, these rooms capture the Manor’s understated elegance and sense of place.
Deck House

Set beside Earl’s Dyke Manor and reached by crossing the suspension bridge, the Deck House offers a contemporary stay that still feels rooted in the estate. Every room has its own deck, giving each space a calm, open feel. Some rooms include wood-fired hot tubs. Others are positioned for views into the trees, across the gardens or out to sea. Inside, layouts are straightforward and comfortable, with king or twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. It’s a modern stay shaped by the quiet rhythm of the grounds.
Villa 9

The Villa Rooms are reached by crossing the suspension bridge that links Earl’s Dyke Manor to the villas. Safe and steady, it carries you over a forested ravine with spectacular views of the Atlantic - a walk that soon becomes a highlight of the stay. Each villa room is sold individually, with its own character: some with mountain views, others larger with fireplaces, private decks and, in some cases, private wood-fired hot tubs.

Family Suites
Family Friendly
The largest suite at Camps Bay Retreat, at 116 m², designed for families or groups travelling together. It includes three bedrooms with beds that can be configured as either twin or king according to your preference, two bathrooms, a lounge with fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The lounge also includes a daybed suitable for 1 child up to the age of 14. Two private decks extend the living space - one with loungers and views across the Atlantic and forest, the other with a private wood-fired hot tub. This suite is pet-friendly, subject to our pet booking protocol. Sleeps up to 6 adults + 1 child.
Forest Pods
Pods
Hidden in the forest between the estate nursery and the natural mountain pool, the Forest Pods offer one of the most adventurous ways to stay at Camps Bay Retreat. Compact at 18 m², each pod includes a double bed, en-suite shower, kitchenette and a private wooden deck surrounded by trees and birdlife. Sleeps 2 adults.
Adventure Pads
Compromised Luxury Accommodation
Our Compromised Luxury Accommodation offers a different way to stay at Camps Bay Retreat. These rooms smaller and simpler, set within the same grounds as our luxury hotel. Guests enjoy full access to the estate’s facilities and amenities - from pools and spa to dining and padel - while paying a more accessible rate. The compromise comes in size, views or location, but the comfort, service and character of the retreat remain.
